By downloading, installing, or using the League of Footballers mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and League of Footballers ("we," "us," "our"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
League of Footballers is an interactive football quiz and guessing game. Users are presented with daily challenges across multiple football leagues and must identify footballers based on progressively revealed attributes such as nationality, position, shirt number, and team.
The App provides:
The App uses device-based authentication. A unique account is automatically created based on your device identifier when you first launch the App. You do not need to provide an email address, password, or any other personal registration information to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to the App through your device.
The App offers premium features through in-app purchases ("Premium Subscription"). By purchasing a Premium Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Subscription management, including RevenueCat, is used to verify and manage your premium status securely.
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ad content is determined by Google and may be personalized based on your device information and usage patterns, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Premium subscribers may enjoy an ad-free experience as part of their subscription benefits.
The App may send push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to inform you about new daily games, updates, and other relevant information. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings.
You agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, compilation, code, and all other elements of the App are the exclusive property of League of Footballers or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Football player data, team logos, and league information used within the App are utilized for informational and entertainment purposes. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the App belong to their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEAGUE OF FOOTBALLERS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for access to or use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are between you and League of Footballers only, and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other third party. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable terms of service of the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.
